UMD Support Desk (Creating Support Tickets)
UMD Support Desk is the primary vehicle to log any support request for UMD (Support Ticket). The UMD Support Desk helps you keep track and manage Support tickets you generate.

Support Policy and Fees
First 15 minutes of Product Support is provided free of charge (per ticket request). This excludes Contract and Systems support.
Thereafter, UMD standard support charge of $160 (ex-gst) per hour shall apply, charged in 15 minute increments (i.e. $40 ex gst per 15 minute block)
For non-account customers, we recommend you purchase Pre-Paid Support Vouchers. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to order.
