The Unique Micro Design Model 335 Series of Custom Desk/Wall Mount LCD Terminals is a member of the ProtoLink Architecture family of products. Custom Desk/Wall Mount LCD Terminals are packaged in an industrial semi-sealed plastic enclosure. The Model 335 has flexible interfacing options incorporating dual RS232 serial, AT keyboard interface, magnetic card reader interface and bar code decoder. An optional RS485 interface is also available, with the Model 335 typically being used as a node in a UMD ProtoLink Network. Power is sourced externally from either a 5 Volt regulated or upto 28 Volts unregulated supply. The Model 335 features a 4 x 5 programmable sealed keypad or 5 x 6 keycap keypad. The backlit liquid crystal display ( LCD ) has 4 lines of 20 characters. The sealed keypad uses low travel mechanical keys which are sealed with a polycarboate overlay.
