UMD Model 233-PCPS PC Power Supply Bracket




The UMD Model 233-PCPS PC Power Supply Adapter is a bracket and cable assembly used to provide power to the UMD Model 233 and Siemens Nixdorf Model BA63, BA66 Customer or Operator displays without cable modifications. The +12Vdc power source is supplied from the PC.

The M233-PCPS kit comprises of a CA6215 PC Bracket assembly and CA6221 Serial Interface Cable.






CA6215 PC Bracket

The PC Bracket assembly is used to:
a) extract +12Vdc power source for the Customer display by splicing into the PC disk drive power connector, and
b) connects directly to the Siemens Nixdorf Customer display D9 Socket without modification, which is looped to a D9 Plug on the bracket.


CA6221 Serial Interface Cable

This cable is used to connect the looped back D9 plug on the PC Bracket assemlby to a RS232 serial D9 Plug port on the PC.
