InfoDots are small robust self adhesive labels which are laser engraved with a unique two-dimensional DataMatrix barcode.Their ability to with stand harsh environments and strong adhesive properties, make them ideally suited for small parts tracking, such as medical instruments and tools. InfoDots are available in three material options: Aluminium foil, Acrylic and Mylar. Aluminium Foil Infodots are made of resilient photo anodised aluminium, the label resists abrasion, solvents, sun, salt air and high temperature whle the barcode and human readable is sealed within the anodic layer of the aluminium to protect readability. An image intensification process ensure the barcode will reade every time even when exposed to damaging UV rays. Aluminum Foil (silver) InfoDots can resist temperatures of: 260degC for 265 hrs, 316degC for 90 hrs and 371degC for 60 hrs. Acyrlic (black) Infodots are also suitable for harsh environments and can withstand operating temperatures of 134+ degC and transient temperatures of up to 260 degC. Mylar (white) InfoDots are also highly durable in outdoor conditions as the label is Laser printing on inner layer. Features
